My baby smiles and laughs.
A lot.
It makes us happy.
There really is nothing cuter.
Like, nothing.
Go ahead, see if you can think of anything cuter.
See…impossible.
Because there is nothing cuter.
The end.

Have you ever seen anything cuter?

The Last AZ Post…or is it??
Riker and I loved our time in AZ.
Part two of ou trip consisted of more eating and fun outings.
Here’s some highlights:
Diamondbacks Games
Riker seemed to enjoy the game.
There were plenty of bright lights for him to stare at!
My dad’s tickets are pretty awesome…
unless you are terrified of heights.
The seats are on the first row of the third level.
You can see the entire field perfectly,
but if you lean forward, you just might fall to your death.
I held onto Riker tight!
My last day in AZ, dad took me and my sisters to ride our quads.
The weather was perfect and we had a great time!
My dad has these awesome goggles that made me look awesome.
And Jessica always looks awesome!
Summer found my camera when I was out riding…
I have about 10 pictures of her making faces just as awesome as this one.
Riker also spent plenty of time outside.
and swinging in the swing.
We had so much fun and I was sad to leave…
BUT
TJ got an internship in AZ for the summer and Riker and I are going with him!
We will be in AZ mid-May to mid-August
so we will have plenty of time to enjoy more AZ activities!

White Boys CAN Dance!
While checking out some pictures on Facebook,
I stumbled across some AMAZING pictures of TJ.
These were taken at a wedding last summer in Seattle.
And looking at them makes me happy.
First, he attempts to get a girl to dance with him…
When that fails, he starts strutting his stuff solo.
Sprinkler-style.
One girl joins in, but the rest look on in disbelief.Pretty soon, everyone has gathered to check out TJ’s dance moves.
This appears to be the running man.
Note my face in the background…
that smile says “I know he looks like a fool, but he is my husband and I love him anyway!”

A Post With No Title
This post has no title.
Because I can’t think of anything clever.
And blog titles should be clever.
But whatevs…
onto the reason for this titleless post.
I wasn’t going to post this picture.
Mainly because I don’t look awesome in it.
And since this is my blog, I reserve the right to only post pictures in which I look pretty.
But I decided to suck up my pride and post this picture for 2 reasons.
#1: TJ keeps complaining that we don’t have pictures of our little family.
#2: Check out Riker’s bald spot. He has really awesome hair…except for that hairless patch in the back.
Now that I think about it, this is a pretty pointless post.
I mean, Riker is the cutest member of our family and you can’t even see his cute little face in this picture.
And TJ needs a haircut.
And, as previously discussed, I look like a dork with a claw for a hand.
So not only does this post not have a title…it also doesn’t really have a point.
Sorry if you kept reading this, hoping it would get better.
If anything, it just got worse.
I’ll stop now.

Cousins
The hardest part of living in Ohio is living so far away from family.
Luckily…
my sister lives in Ohio too!
This works out well for me because I like my sister.
It would really suck if I hated her.
This also works out well for Riker because he can see some of his cousins.
I mean, right now he doesn’t really care…
but as he gets older he might care.
So that will be nice.
This is cousin Matthew.Matthew is 10 months old.
Sometimes he tries to eat Riker.
Which is fair, because Brody (my other sister’s baby) tries to eat Matthew.
It’s all about the chain of command.
Once the next baby is born
(and who knows when that will be)
Riker will be able to eat him
(or her…whatever).
This is cousin Amy.
Amy is 3.
Amy likes to pet Riker’s head.
And she always asks to hold him.
But usually is done after about 10 seconds.
Riker likes to be held…even if it is just for 10 seconds.
Riker has some other cousins, too.
Three to be exact.
And those 3 cousins are super cute too…
See!
So cute!
I’m sure Riker will be just as uninterested in these cousins as he is in Amy and Matthew
but he hasn’t met these cousins yet.
Maybe these cousins should come visit Riker.
(or maybe Riker should go visit these cousins)
So to bring this long post to an end…
Riker likes his cousins.

Bumbo Baby
We bought Riker a bumbo.
He isn’t quite sure if he likes it yet.
He’s still working on the whole “holding his head up” thing
so he only sits in it for a few minutes at a time.
Sometimes he smiles…
sometimes he cries…
most of the time he just sits there and stares at me.
Oh, we also bought him a giraffe.I picture this giraffe being Riker’s best friend.
You know, the friend that he has to carry with him everywhere and snuggles with at night.
But if this friend is going to be part of our family, he needs an awesome name.
Nothing lame, like “Mr. Giraffe” or “Geoffrey” or “Jeffrey”.
And nothing too over the top, like “Sir Reginald Flufferbottom the Third”
(mainly because we are saving that name for our next child)
So what should we name the giraffe?
